ticketsbot.ai provides a Discord bot service that helps manage support tickets and customer interactions within Discord servers. The Service includes AI-powered features to enhance ticket management and support workflows.

To use the Service, you must authenticate through Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

By inviting ticketsbot.ai to your Discord server, you grant the bot necessary permissions to function properly, including reading and sending messages, managing channels, and processing ticket-related data. You acknowledge that the bot will process messages and user data as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ticketsbot.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
